Validation is more than just a job

Knightec's validation team secures products and processes in many industries. The company's validation experts have deep insight into customers' production processes and understand the importance of efficient and accurate quality assurance.

Nadja Nagel and Hung Nguyen are two of Knightec’s validation experts. They both have extensive experience in production and solving tasks ranging from strategy, planning, and testing, to documentation and compliance with projects. They know that it is essential to ensure the best possible operation and quality, both for the production processes and the end customer.

“It could easily be explained that a validated process guarantees that the product is produced in the right way and with the right quality,” says Nadja.

“But I would like to explain it in two steps. We have rules and laws to abide by and a plan we must follow. Validation becomes a tool that helps us follow that plan, which leads to customer safety and quality, which is the ultimate goal of the validation work,” she explains.

Creating efficient and safe processes requires specialists. Knightec’s Validation Management team works to ensure the quality of various production processes, which has become an essential factor for more and more industries.

“Expertise is the basis of our work, and the consultants in the Knightec Validation Management team have experience and knowledge in many different areas. Our way of working is based on knowledge sharing and internal problem solving, which means that we can benefit from each other’s knowledge and experience,” says Hung.

The opportunities to use Knighetc’s combined expertise to solve customers’ problems are the company’s vision and expand the professional reach, which was also the background for forming and developing a team in the specialist area. Today, the team works actively with customers and attaches great importance to sharing knowledge and developing its employees.

“Our vision is to continue to develop Knightec in this area. To have the opportunity to work team-based means a lot. We get the potential to support and help each other, which is incredibly appreciated both by us consultants but also by our customers “, Nadja continues.

The need for validation is constantly increasing. Today, Knightec works mainly in Life Science, a branch with tightly regulated requirements. But the demand is growing, and validation is becoming more and more relevant for other industries, such as the automotive industry. Knightec’s expert team knows that validation is a growing factor, and with their specialist knowledge, they cover a wide range of expertise and provide solutions for individual industry situations.

“Documents are tangible evidence of quality assurance, but what matters is the product’s value, the process, and ultimately the user. With validation, I can make a difference for my customers, colleagues, and users who are affected by my work. That is why I see validation as more than just a job “, concludes Hung.
