Meet Adonai Abraham

“The human is always in focus at Knightec, and that is something you can really feel among your colleagues and leaders.”

– I choose to be a consultant because I was very eager to get insights in different companies, industries and assignments. Through Knightec I get the opportunity to have exactly that. When my leaders discuss new assignments with me, I see it as an opportunity to learn and develop. I’m receptive and open-minded because, in my mind, all experience is good experience.

Today Adonai works as a new product introduction engineer at a Medtech company. The Medtech industry is quite strictly regulated which is a challenge, he says.

– It’s very interesting to be working in an area where there are so many regulations, but on the other hand, it’s fun and rewarding. It’s an industry I’ve been working in before and now I got the chance to learn even more about it.

Adapting to different contexts has made Adonai more mature and confident as a consultant.
– I’ve become more comfortable in different roles and have become better at looking at projects holistically, seeing the whole product development, and understanding the process.

Adonai is also thinking ahead and continues:
– My next goal is to move closer to technical project management and coordinate larger projects.

In conclusion, Adonai points out that Knightec as a company gives him room for personal development.

– Since day one I’ve felt that I can speak my mind and express my thoughts here. There’s always someone to talk to if you have concerns or just want to talk. Openness is important at Knightec, which makes it a very rewarding workplace.

“For me, it’s important to find a consultant or a team together with the client, who can solve the client's challenges in the best way possible. Knightec has an advantage in doing that: our diversity.”
