Meet Belinda Lyddby
“If I compare with friends who work for other consultant companies, I would never give up Knightec.”
– I’m running a validation project where equipment is to be moved from England to Lund. The assignment is complex and I make sure there are protocols, that they are followed and evaluated, Belinda says and continues: Läkemedelsverket made an inspection a while ago, and it was important to keep track of everything and to be able to present all our validation papers.
Belinda has had assignments at several companies and mentions pharmaceutical company Chemoswed, Startup company QuickCool in the med-tech industry, and Cavotec who makes power cables.
– Working on different assignments is very exciting and rewarding. The project I’m working on now has a tight timeline and a lot of deadlines. It’s tough, but very fun when everything works out as planned.
Belinda started as a validation engineer at Knightec but is now working as a project manager.
– I like to call the shots and keep track of things. Often I get assignments that are way out of my comfort zone where I don’t know how I’m gonna be able to solve them. But when I find out who I can ask and where documentation is and then manage to finish the task, it’s such a great feeling of pride and happiness.
She feels at home at Knightec and describes it as a family.
– Beyond having the privilege to be around many nice coworkers on-site with my clients, Knightec is very inviting and social. We hang out a lot after work and at conferences. And they always keep benefits up to date and check in with us to see that we are ok and happy with our work. I wouldn’t trade my job here for anything!
