Meet Ludvig Svee
Ludvig Svee likes to tackle various problems, preferably technical ones. When the choice fell on a technical education, no one raised their eyebrows. But despite his passion for technology, it is the problem-solving itself that is his absolute driving force and great interest.
It’s August 2019 and Ludvig just graduated from Stockholm University. He has a bachelor’s in Computer and Systems Science. In the coming weeks, the hunt for a job will continue, but it is only when he stumbles over Knightec's recruitment ad that he finds the feeling of that little extra.
- I searched around and Knightec's application stood out. It was different from the standard. That I at a later stage came to choose Knightec was because the whole recruitment process felt personalized. I was not hurled between different intermediaries. I got to meet the company and visit the office and all prospective colleagues. Overall, a very respectful process, says Ludvig.
In the past, Ludvig has worked for shorter periods at some smaller companies, but Knightec is his first ``real employer``. And already in his first year at the company, he has gotten to work on one of the company's major projects.
He is driven by good results and is motivated by finding solutions, which Knightec constantly encourages.
- When you perform well, it is reflected directly to you as an employee, says Ludvig, pointing out the importance of getting feedback from your leaders and managers.
Knightec's greatest asset, according to Ludvig, is the freedom given and a great openness to constantly develop their employees.
- I experience respectfulness towards me as an employee, and an opportunity to influence what and how I work. And if I create good results, I can be involved and influence my everyday life to a big extent. There is a great deal of value in that, Ludvig says.

- We are a relatively large company with a variety of skills, so there are always colleagues to discuss both technical and strategic issues with. It is a huge asset for a person like me who is driven by solving various challenges and problems. I feel that I have been so lucky to get to work at a company like Knightec, Ludvig concludes.
