Design Thinking with Michael B Hardt and Demian Horst

// news

A year has soon passed since Knightec and Daresay joined forces to create Europe's strongest innovation company in product development and digitalization with end customers in mind. With this event, we want to give you insights into Design Thinking. A tool to find the right solutions in a changing future where the importance of working user-focused is growing.

The keynote speaker is Professor Michael B Hardt. He will talk about how we can think and reason to achieve a more holistic future view of the development process. – As a designer, you must think design for the future, simply because it takes some time until the design reaches the target group. Designing today for today means designing tomorrow’s yesterday.

Michael B Hardt is a designer, artist, and professor with the right to lecture on Design Thinking. He has a long solid experience in describing Design Thinking as one of the most important mechanisms that facilitate the development of companies, everything from future strategy to services and products. He was born in Germany 1951, ran his own design consulting business with several well-known brands as his clients. For the last two decades he has been active globally as a university lecturer and speaker in 25 countries. Most recently as an inspiring lecturer for creativity and problem solving at Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall.

Nowadays he is a Swedish citizen and lives in a small almost abandoned village in Västernorrland, 50 km west of Sollefteå. In his lecture at Knightec, he will talk about how we all can think and reason to achieve a more holistic future view of the development process.

– As a designer you must think design for the future, simply because it takes some time until the design reaches the target group. Designing today for today means designing tomorrows yesterday. Michael B Hardt.
