Terms and content are changing, and labels on technology companies today are not what they used to be. Traditional areas such as software development, cybersecurity, quality, design, cloud solutions, and user design are being integrated at an ever-faster pace and together they form new opportunities.

A challenge for many businesses is to understand the changing needs and be able to act on the new opportunities and what is happening in the borderland between what were previously clear and separate areas. The trend has been around for a long time and we at Knightec are active in this development.

Just over a week ago, the new CEO of Scania Christian Levin, answered the question of what is at the top of his agenda: “To manage the transformation into sustainable transport systems. In addition to electrification, self-driving driverless vehicles are important and we are the first in Europe with heavy vehicles on the motorway. ” (Interview in DI Weekend, week 17). There is a great challenge and a wonderful energy in this where a multitude of skills meet.

At Knightec, our everyday life is characterized by collaboration in cross-functional teams with different people and competencies to help our clients both discover and act on the new needs and opportunities that arise. Cooperation, diversity, development, and challenge. These are given elements with us every day. As a step towards building Europe's strongest innovation company within product development and digitalization, we recently merged with digital design agency Daresay. The merger deepens Knightec's expertise in digital service development and creates a cutting edge in innovation and design.
