Karriärföretagen annually appoints Sweden's most attractive employers who offer students and young professionals unique career and development opportunities. We at Knightec are very proud and grateful to be named a Career Company 2022.
The motivation is:

The purpose of Karriärföretagen is to make it easier for students and young professionals to find their next employer and reward successful employer branding work.
– Being named a Career Company 2022 is great proof that we are on the right path. For us, it is about people, how we are towards each other, and that we work together. Together we can make a difference and create a more sustainable future. To succeed, we are convinced that diversity and different perspectives are crucial, says Mari Schäder, CHRO at Knightec.
For a company to be named a Career Company, it needs to meet several criteria. The company needs to have at least 250 employees and/or a turnover of at least SEK 250 million/year. In addition, there needs to be a HR manager in the organization and ongoing recruitment work. Employers who do not fulfill all criteria, but otherwise have excelled with their employer branding work during the past year can also be chosen.
An expert panel from Karriärföretagen, consisting of specialists within HR, communication, and social media, will then examine the company’s career pages (information, quality, and dynamics), the presence and quality of social media, activities towards students and academics, and the attractiveness of employers in external measurements. The expert panel assigns each employer a rating on a scale from 1–10 for each criterion. The 200 employers who receive the highest score go on to the final step, where the jury selects this year’s Career Companies.
– Now we will continue the work we have started together to support our clients in their transformation and digitalization of their businesses. We know that we can become an even better employer. We are not done, we must constantly improve and develop ourselves, both for our clients and our employees. Our employees make up Knightec and they are the ones who have taken us this far.
