Knightec recruits Henrik Arvendal from Tele2

// news

With the goal of Knightec becoming the leading innovation company in product development and digitization, we are now recruiting Henrik Arvendal from Tele2. The conditions are good because Knightec has developed well during the first quarter, with organic growth exceeding 5 percent and profitability exceeding 12 percent. The goal of reaching a billion and becoming the strategic partner we strive for feels increasingly realistic.

Henrik Arvendal, former IT manager at Tele2, joins Knightec as CIO with the task of further developing and realizing Knightec's IT strategy. IT is an integral part of products that are increasingly electrified, connected and autonomous and where considerations of security and sustainability have quickly climbed as high-priority issues on many companies' agendas.

– It feels incredibly exciting with the growth journey Knightec is on. I am attracted by the living vision to develop society and business and create a brighter future for people through technology and innovation, Henrik answers the question of what attracts him to Knightec.

In recent years, we at Knightec have changed our business model to work extensively with projects and commitments where we see opportunities emerge in the space between previously divided competencies. The success lies in seeing the customer values that arise when different technologies and business areas meet. An important enabler for achieving this is IT and digital platforms.

Henrik Arvendal, former IT manager at Tele2, will be a valuable addition strengthening Knightec as CIO at the beginning of August and thereby joining the management team. Henrik has deep expertise in technology and business. He has driven complex transformations and has practical experience of mergers.

Henrik looks forward to getting involved in Knightec's school collaborations.
– I think Knightec's focus and commitment around young people is very motivating and I look forward to being involved and collaborating with the future.
