Knightec welcomes Ratos as a new partner to accelerate to new heights. A new journey begins with Knightec and Ratos steering towards new heights.

The consulting company Knightec and the business group Ratos enter a long-term partnership to strengthen Knightecs market position within the digital transformation of products and services. The partnership between Knightec and Ratos makes a platform for continued investments, in a fast-growing digital market.

Knightec is a leading player in the Swedish consulting market with its industry-leading profitability and rapid pace of change. Through attractive customer offerings and community involvement, Knightec has established a strong market position in technology, design and digitization of products and services. Ratos has a solid industrial ground in Sweden, with a long experience in establishing companies internationally and a strong financial capacity. Factors which create the right conditions for Knightec to achieve its ambitious growth strategy for 2025 and 2030.

Ratos acquires 70 percent of Knightec, the CEO with previous owners reinvesting in connection to the transaction. Their holdings will amount to approximately 30 percent of the company shares.

During the last twelve months, Knightec reached sales of 941 million SEK with an adjusted EBITA of 140 million SEK. Organic growth during the period was 19 percent with profitability at 14.9 percent.
