After almost a decade away, what inspired you to rejoin Knightec in 2024?

Several factors influenced my decision. Knowing that many of my former colleagues are still here made it appealing to return. The vibrant community and the range of activities Knightec organizes, from training sessions to mountain trips, really enhance our work-life balance.

How has your career path evolved, and what changes have you noticed at Knightec since your departure?

Since leaving Knightec in 2015, my roles across various sectors have greatly expanded my expertise and self-assurance as a consultant, shifting from construction and design to a focus on work methods and the environmental impact of products.

Returning to Knightec, I’ve noticed significant changes; the company has expanded into diverse business areas and increased its specialist workforce. This evolution excites me as it enhances our capability to assemble dynamic teams to address larger customer challenges, bringing a broader perspective to our projects.

What made Knightec stand out as the place you wanted to return to after a significant period away?

It’s the community and the new challenges. Knightec offers opportunities to be challenged in my role and explore diverse assignments. There’s a real support network and a shared commitment to plan and pursue professional growth, which has always made me feel valued and understood.

What advice would you give to those just starting their career at Knightec?
