With a collaborative culture, Knightec accelerates into new heights with industry-leading growth and profitability

// news

Knightec is ranked as one of the top profitable companies within our segment according to the trade association Innovationsföretagen's Industry Report 2022. The latest quarterly report shows this development is continuing.

“We have had positive progress for a long time. We have learned to constantly challenge our offering to continue to be a close innovation partner to our clients. Therein lies the key to our success, but also the constant challenge going forward,” says Dimitris Gioulekas, CEO and co-founder of Knightec.

During 2022, Knightec will have welcomed close to 300 new employees. With roots in Norrland, Knightec has grown a solid local presence with 12 closely connected offices around Sweden. During the autumn, Knightec is doubling its office spaces in several locations in the country including Uppsala, Umeå and Gothenburg, to meet demand and create additional collaboration spaces.

“We launch new important transformation projects with our clients every week, and we see a continued great need for our services in strategy, design and digitization. The high pace is based on our collective ability to combine skills and thereby help and challenge our clients to take important steps forward and bring the best ideas to life,” continues Dimitris Gioulekas, CEO and co-founder of Knightec.

“A critical factor here is that we continue to consciously develop our already strong business culture, which is permeated by learning, challenge and collaboration between people with different backgrounds and skillsets. We see that our employees are close to our clients and feel a strong affinity with each other. The core of Knightec is being the driver for great positive change for our clients and society, which we will continue with,” says Dimitris Gioulekas.

Knightec has a turnover of nearly one billion SEK and around 900 employees. We consistently increase the proportion of project-based deliveries and comprehensive solutions, which today account for roughly 50 per cent of the business. In the past five years, the company’s turnover has doubled. The ambition is to repeat it by 2025, gain market share, make a difference, and empower clients towards their business goals. Earlier this year, Knightec welcomed the Ratos group as a new investment partner in the company.
